Promotion Announcement

We are pleased to announce the promotion of several BioTeknica team members. Please join us in congratulating them all!

Brian Dawson has been promoted to Sr. Quality Consultant and Regulatory Compliance Project Manager. In this role, Brian will have expanded responsibilities for project management for Regulatory Compliance services as we look to improve our delivery of these complex projects.

Ebony Daniels Sanon has been promoted to Director of Business Development. In her new role, she will continue to manage sales for the Engineering services business unit, as well as assist Julie Larsen and Mike Neaves with business development for Inspection Readiness and Regulatory Compliance service areas. Additionally, she will lead BioTeknica’s overall sales and marketing planning activities and social media effort.

Mohit Malkani has been promoted to Director of Engineering Services. Mohit will manage our portfolio of Engineering service projects, engineering staff training and development, and expand our quality engineering offerings beyond our current emphasis on validation. Additionally, Mohit will work directly with Ebony in continuing to grow the Engineering services market with new offerings, such as contract engineering, in addition to our current consulting services.  Additionally, Mohit and Ebony will pursue a higher penetration of our Florida-based Medical Device and Pharmaceutical companies.

Saeid Ebrahim has been promoted to Sr. Quality Engineering and Lead Statistician. In this position Saeid is responsible for leading validation projects and/or performing quality system (QS) audits, remediation, or development in key QS areas such as Production and Process Controls – General, Validation, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (pFMEA), process characterization, and CAPA. Additionally, as Lead Statistician, Saied will develop the program for training BioTeknica engineers and technicians on statistical tools (e.g., MiniTab) and provide consultation as necessary.
