Qualified Data Systems (QDS), our IT consulting services division, has a comprehensive business continuity plan in place for our three business units (i.e., BioTeknica, QDS, and Synergis) that ensures continued operations and uninterrupted service to our customers.  Key elements of our business continuity plan include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees through proactive monitoring, communications, and healthcare delivery coordination
  • Execution of ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management processes and practices for service delivery to our customers
  • Leveraging our information technology infrastructure thereby facilitating teleworking and collaboration with our customers and staff
  • Conducting onsite visits to local clients such as Teva Pharmaceutical and Goodwin Biotechnology to meet client needs and maintain uninterrupted medical supply chains, all while following governmental guidelines for essential workers.
